Man oh man!!! It’s all the words I can say if you are not dealing with Rick and Greg for all your mobility needs then you are missing out Rick was the first place I have ever tried and I never not once looked for another a little bit about Rick, Rick will make a friend before he would want to make a customer and that speaks volumes coming from a business owner he has always always treated me fair he could be extremely busy and if I was in an absolute emergency he would go outta his way to work me in to get mobile I’ve had two vans which both has ONLY been taken to Rick I’ve never had to take it back and say Rick this quit working or not working right Rick takes pride in his work I recently just picked up my new van yesterday he put the hand controls in it fixed my lift performed a full service on my lift when I got behind the wheel and see what he had done to suit “nick” I was blown away he knew what I needed and I didn’t 2nd guess him I said go with it! I’ve been paralyzed almost 3 years and I have never felt more like a man than I did getting behind the wheel of my new van the way he had it set up it was absolutely perfect no flaws no mess ups 110% Satisfied I’ve built a relationship with Rick and Greg they are not just my van repair guys they are truly my friends and I know they feel the same way about me if I’ve had to come in an emergency and sit awhile they have even fed me lunch I’m telling ya these guys isn’t your normal people and a lil about Greg he is a great guy as well good personality and goes above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for and will search high and low for it if you need something done contact Rick Gordy mobilities!!! I just want to say thank you to Rick Gordy Mobility and especially Greg Smalley for helping in getting a van for my wife basically We got here North Carolina from Maine a week before Christmas my wife had deteriorated never disease so she started losing use of legs , l had been checking places out really didn’t know how long or if we could even use a handicap van and l really couldn’t leave and check any thing out l was just getting my wife setup at home with hospice and didn’t want have take out a loan but found a van in price range at Gordy Mobility talk with Greg and explain what l needed it for , long story short l had a van 29 December at 9 am in my yard and Greg made sure l know how to strap wheelchair in right before he left it , the ride for Greg was a two and half hour drive one way , But l was driving my wife around in her in her wheelchair it made a big difference for both of us it wasn’t a new van but that’s what I told him l didn’t need a payment but not the this isn’t end of story my wife passed away the 10th of January we know this day was coming but not when so after few days l called Greg let him know what happened and asked him if he buy back or sell it for me he said he try selling it but not having it there would be hard long story.short Greg drove back again and bought the car back for a rental fee that was a big load off me l never believe all reviews you can believe this one Thanks Greg Smalley
